  28.      This procedure is invoked to retrieve an option from the database
  29.      associated with _t_k_w_i_n's main window.  If there is an option for _t_k_w_i_n
  30.      that matches the given _n_a_m_e or _c_l_a_s_s, then it is returned in the form of
  31.      a Tk_Uid.  If multiple options match _n_a_m_e and _c_l_a_s_s, then the highest-
  32.      priority one is returned.  If no option matches, then NULL is returned.
